For chucks with uncommon mounts, these Blank Plates allow you to make modifications to suit your needs.

For lathes with 1-1/2" x 8" and 2-1/4" x 8" threaded spindles, these Blank Plates allow you to make modifi cations to fi t your lathe chuck. Simply mount to your lathe, true up the face and turn down the ledge to fit your chuck.

Sized to fit D1-3 chuck mounts, these Back Plates are precision made and mount to your chuck with minimal modifi cations.

These back plates are manufactured thicker for use with adjustable chucks. This extra thickness allows a large step to be machined on the front of the plate for use by the adjusting screws on the chuck. The remaining material safely supports and secures the chuck. Both plates are supplied with a bore of 1.968".
